  Items were shipped in bubble wrap and the package was clearly labeled as fragile, but unfortunately one plate and 2 cups arrived broken. I reached out to the seller who immediately responded and resolved the problem. I am sad that these items can’t be replaced because they don’t make them anymore but I am extremely satisfied with this seller!
