  Few issues with purchase and seller. 1st: communication. Seller never responded to request for shipping status after 11 days after purchase and pkg has not been shipped. Never explained the delay. 2nd: quality of item. Description states fully polished however there are smudge prints all over and the quality of paint looks nothing like the listed photos. There are scratches all over the painted portions. Also the light up button fell off immediately upon pulling sword from protective cover.

  This parcerl was never delivered to my address. It woulkd appear that the wrong address was on that package. Thewre is no record on our secrurit cameras that an attempt was made. Noe is there any attemtr made on my interc ome in the lobby. So I cant frin this package and I amk getting no herlp from UPS or you. I am out the funds I paid for this sword.
