    Jacket wasn't the right fit, which I'm not blaming on the seller since the manufacturer did that. After returning the jacket, eBay sent me a message confirming that it was received per tracking, and gave me a day that I would be getting a refund by. I waited two more days passed the deadline to give the seller some extra time, but still nothing. Had to contact eBay to get a refund which then happened within hours of them getting involved.
