  Customer service was A+. The mixer base I ordered arrived broken. I contacted the seller with a picture of the broken item, pieces, and the box and was immediately refunded my money. Fedex threw the box by the look of it and ruined my mixer base. What a pain that I now need to find another one but this seller went above and beyond to take care of me. I would buy from them again.   Had a positive experience with seller. The vacuum part i ordered was packed well and shipped quickly. After I ordered seller noticed that it was cracked. He tried immeditaly to reach out to me several times to let me know. ( I didn't log back on after ordering). He shipped item anyway and while waiting on me to respond decided to issue refund as well.
