  After original feedback was sent in the seller immediately refunded the money I spent on these gloves. That wasn t really what I was after, I wanted the actual product I ordered, heated liners. However it is an acceptable outcome. That being said, the heated gloves that I received are nice and appear to be high quality, seemed to be shipped and packaged well, and are comfortable. I have not tried working in them yet, I live in Alaska and end up spending alot of time outside in the winter.

  Had a bit of a wait for my item. I contacted seller and got an immediate responce. Post office did not scan and send the package. I really appreciated the quick action and received my item shortly after. My item however is not what I thought I was ordering. I thought I was ordering an original IKEA product. This item was made in China to fit the Ikea chair. The company is listed as Masters of covers so that was my error not hers. It is a gift. I do hope it fits correctly.
