  Image showed all parts included. Upon arrival, battery holder and batteries were missing. Sent message and after 4 days still haven't received response. Ordered missing parts from another company for an additional 30 dollars. This guy is a clown.

  Amazing Seller! The product was described in "good condition", but I would have described it in "great condition". The packaging, original box, the thermostat unit itself, accessory parts, and documentation were all in pristine condition. I replaced my previous malfunctioning thermostat with this one and it worked perfectly! Excellent appearance and unbeatable value - I would definitely buy again from this Seller in the future without hesitation!
