  This headset microphone is NOT made by SURE. The quality of the headset was unacceptable. The "mic arm” wobbled in the casing box and was ready to come out. It is also very large. Since it came from China, I feared shipping it back would cost more than the total worth. I accepted a $12.00 refund from the seller. He should have offered a total refund for false description. Chalked this up to lesson learned—cheap is cheap—and there are scammers out there for sure. The seller keeps half the money.
