The "mic arm” wobbled in the casing box and was ready to come out. It is also very large. Since it came from China, I feared shipping it back would cost more than the total worth. I accepted a $12.00 refund from the seller. He should have offered a total refund for false description. Chalked this up to lesson learned—cheap is cheap—and there are scammers out there for sure. The seller keeps half the money.
