  Item arrived with missing bracket piece. Notified seller of same. The said return item, however, they would refund only after they had both product and my money(not upon notice of mailing via their label)….I preferred that the send me the one small piece that was missing.They refused. I asked that they replace entire product, as I found they were still selling same product, though they listed mine and new one as ‘last one’ ?? Since o sited this to them there has been no further correspondence.
