  Can’t speak highly enough about this seller. I thought the village pieces I bought from this seller were larger than they appeared and lit up. Unfortunately, while adorable, were too small for my Village. I reached out explaining the misunderstanding and offered to ship the items back to them..no problem. I was surprised when the seller graciously offered a partial discount and told me to just keep the items. I highly recommend this seller for their understanding kindness and professionalism!!!

  What is this item on the 13th? seller did not take it to be shipped until seven days later which should be unacceptable. It is now the 26th still have not received it. Do not order from the seller very disappointed. Talk to Stella six days later, which said they were going to send it out that day which they did not Don’t know why Seller told me that when all you have to do is look at the tracking when the package was received and when the label was created

  I almost always ship within 1-2 days. This item was shipped within the 5 business day window which did not include Saturday and Sunday. I was very clear that I was not as fast as usual but that I was within the window promised at purchase. I did not intend to be as disappointing as this comment communicates.
