Had expected to be shipped from Illinois warehouse and be at my location in NC, per the dates provided when purchased. Item wasn’t in stock at IL warehouse and had to come out of NV, which caused a delayed delivery date, which caused us to have to contact seller and arrange to ship new work address. Great communication with seller. Very courteous and helpful. Got it changed and received at new address. however fedex screwed us all by handling terribly and losing one of the rear shocks out of box
