    The saddle I ordered, as pictured in the ad, had a brown/beige seat. Upon delivery, I discovered the saddle that was delivered had a black seat. An obvious difference, which should have been caught before shipment. I contacted the seller and they advised the beige seat was out of stock, so I assume they just sent what they had, not what I ordered. The seller offered $10 off, if I ordered another saddle from them. OBVIOUSLY I won’t be doing business with this seller again. HORRIBLE!!

    I ordered a dark brown with a black seat trail saddle. When I received was a redish brown trail saddle with a black seat. I reached out to the seller and I was told it was the lighting and it was the saddle that I ordered. The seller would not offer me a free return label. What they offered was $30 off by purchase price. I refused. I reached out to eBay. Within minutes I had a free return label. First picture is what I ordered. Second picture is what I received. Quality saddle, wrong color
