    I can’t say enough about the awesome experience I received from John. I was a total issue with my purchase, from having the initial one sent to the wrong address to the second time I purchased thinking it went through and it didn’t. John was gracious enough to refund me for the initial purchase and work with me on getting the second one, once the purchase finally went through, to me quickly. This was a last minute Elf on the Shelf idea and I’m so grateful for everything he did.

    It’s majestic, the condition of everything inside is perfect quality, no dust, everything works. The value is much cheaper than other sellers because of the slightly damaged box, the damage is a little folds and creases. Overall good experience, except that it shipped 2 days later than expected which is ok.
