    The items (when they finally arrived after weeks of waiting) were good and as described. But, this seller is slow to respond, does not explain issues clearly, and is dishonest in not doing what they say they will do. Since the delivery was so late, I was told that I would receive a discount/refund of 25% for the trouble. They said that it had been issued, but neither ebay nor my card have given any indication of that being true. Beware of what you'll get into in buying anything from this seller.

    The item was fine. It was just as described. However, the shipping and communication were simply atrocious! If it took me 11 days to put something in the mail. I would be ashamed of myself! I understand shipping issues but to wait 11 days before an item is even mailed with no communication whatsoever is unacceptable! This company needs to do some serious rethinking of its shipping. This is awful and this negative feedback is earned. I see why you have a low score.
