i originally ordered the niceday stepper from this seller. i contacted them about 5-6 days after i placed my order because there was no activity. they responded saying the original product was damaged, they shipped a new product, and sent a new tracking #, not tracked by ebay. i just got my order today, march 11th, having placed my original order on feb 27th. AND the product is not the niceday stepper brand i ordered. do not buy from this seller! very disappointed and frustrated.
