    Needed much more bubble wrap in packaging, but I was able to repair the cracked plastic case and broken paper tray. I must say that it works well as advertised even after being abused by fedex during shipping from slamming around in the box. I was also perplexed that it took 5 days to ship, as I use this for my business. Great seller communication though, he answered questions immediately. I love this printer! 😃
