  Sadly both pieces I ordered were damaged from poor packaging, and when asked avlbout how to make it right the seller tried to minimize the damage and then asked me to ensure that I packaged them properly with i surance otherwise I won't get a refund at all... very disappointed in the customer service.

  I offered the buyer a full refund upon return and simply requested insurance to prevent any additional damage in transit — a standard practice to protect both parties. Unfortunately, the buyer's feedback does not accurately reflect our communication or the resolution offered. I stand by my commitment to careful packing and fair customer service, as reflected in my 10+ years of positive transactions. I packed this in a cushioned jewelry box inside of the shipping box - it was not “poorly packed.”
