And it took 17 days to arrive. That was one day longer than the maximum stated in the listing. And I received an automated message a few days before it arrived, but it gave the wrong date. I would say the product is good but the customer service is seriously lacking.

This seller is in Japan. I rec'd the putter 5 days after ordering it!! I was VERY pleasantly surprised when I rec'd it. It's condition was actually like BRAND NEW when it was advertised as used and was graded as in condition "C" out of A, B, C, D, and E. The ad stated that the grip was a little dirty, but, it looked like brand new also. Good communication too. Outstanding seller!!!

Reminds me from 50 years ago when we CARED and TOOK pride in what we do. The two US packages, just thrown and put together. The putter from JAPAN, packaged with care. Now about that putter that was rated a D. Are you kidding. I would put any NEW putter up against it and except for one minute scratch. You wouldn't be able to tell them apart. KUDOS to the seller. TEN stars not five. I named my putter OSAKA.
