  The item pictured was exactly what I received. The seller sent me an offer, however, unknown to me, my counter offer to the seller’s original offer was not received by them. EBAY screw up? While waiting for the seller’s response, their reduced offer expired. So, I ended up buying at the original listed price and asked the seller to please refund me the difference between their original listed price and the reduced price they offered, a difference of $12.50. Silence, I have not received a reply…
