Once notified, the seller immediately sent a replacement with tracking info and on top of that, they double-boxed it to avoid any chance of the replacement being damaged. The product is great too, exactly as described and it’s working perfectly, we now have 3 C&H mini splits in our home and they all work great. Amazing deal too, saved hundreds over buying through home depot. Highly recommend product and seller!

    Product arrived quickly and is exactly as described. Delivered by truck with lift-gate whilst strapped to a wood pallet, and wrapped in clear plastic roll material (Saran Wrap for grown ups). This, for the purpose of weather protection. Added to which, the delivery driver kindly used their pallet jack to roll it where I asked within the garage, whereby I signed for it. Should you buy from them? Can't say but to the question would 'I' would purchase from this vendor again . . . a definite, yes.

Everything was well packaged. Rough-in is done but will have to wait until finish construction is completed to have HVAC return for final assembly. Can't fire it up yet, but so far, so good!

    This seller is the real deal. FedEx partially because of weather partially because they didn't tell the truth caused a situation where I was told that the split shipment had 2 lost components. The FedEx people said "have your shipper file a claim" so they can ship a new set of components to replace what we lost. This seller stated we will fix the FedEx problem. Bottom Bottom line FedEx "found" the items and completed the shipment. Lost time filing the Cases to have FedEx do their job?
