I had an event in a month and found this dress later on and was worried it wouldn’t ship in time. Turns out they were on point with shipping and it got here a week before!     the seller communication is exceptional. quick responses. changed my mind on the size a bunch of times....zero issues with anything, very accommodating.     This is not a good seller, the product I received is nothing like the pictures. It is missing material and poorly made, very low quality When I contacted the seller regarding the issue with pictures, they blamed the supplier and offered no full refund or exchange for a more accurate item, instead offered a small credit. Do not buy from this seller, you will not get what you paid for and they will not help you to resolve the issue afterwards

    I had some misunderstanding about the info in the listing and I assumed that the shoes are of a particular brand that I was looking for. However, as I went back and read the listing more carefully, the seller does clearly state that the shoes are unbrand , so the description is accurate.
