  Great shopping experience! The seller responded quickly to a question I had about the item and it arrived fast. It looked even nicer in person and fit well too! I didn't even look at the color listed in the auction description - I thought it was dark gray due to the lighting in the photos, so I was happily surprised to see the hoodie was black. Absolute impulse buy and 100% love it! I hope to shop with this seller again! I'm happy to have a big comfy oversized hoodie in my closet for the winter.

  The unit arrived in good shape in spite of the fact that the packaging was pretty much destroyed and the unit was falling out of the box. No matter, It worked and functioned well. Great price and the shipping costs were reasonable given the weight of the unit. I was very happy to see the rack mount ears were include and shipped in a separate package. I would suggest much better packaging next time but overall I am happy. Thanks!
