  Patty has been the best seller on eBay I ever dealt with because she really cares about her customers. Responds quickly and goes over and above to correct the problem. Ordered 2 mugs, one mug was broken during shipping. Asked to return them for a refund or keep the one good mug and refund half the price. Instead Patty refunded the full amount and said to enjoy the unbroken mug. I'm amazed at her generosity, definitely recommend this seller, great experience, nothing but praise for Patty!
