  It is an original remote. It works. Good. It came in good condition. The only thing I would recommend is the seller uses better packaging. . It came in a soft envelope . No box and could have been damaged in transit. Other wise a good seller. Thank you

  Apparently this was an open box unit. Was packed very well, shipped fast, with good communication and tracking. Haven't used it yet but it appears to be a real Samsung remote control
