I don't know why it took so long, but I suspect shipper used a secondary service to pick up the item and the secondary shipper took their good time getting it to the post office. They eventually gave me a refund, and then the item came within four days! I offered to return their refund, but they said to order another one and ask for a refund? I think their native language is not English.
