  The seller refunded me all but $0.50 but did not cancel my order. Said it was due to incorrect shipping address but in reality I think they listed the item wrong for a lower price than they wanted and didn't want to send me the item that they originally listed even though they had it in stock. They later changed the description of the listing and put a higher price on the item.
