  The brushes were not included in this package. Requestd brushes to be sent & an email states there will be a $9.99 charge when it is ready to be shipped. That was the last straw. I am not a techy person & this is beyond my experties of knowledge. I have a flip tracphone & will not work for me for operating this product. I will request a refund.

  Awesome seller! It always worries me ordering something like speakers that have to be shipped. Seller went above and beyond by putting additional bubble wrap and packaging over factory sealed boxes. Much appreciated. Highly recommend

  The shipping time was horrible. Almost a week to get it to even be shipped. Then it was delayed for pickup. It says free returns. But when I returned it, it cost me over $52 to return the item. The package arrived wrapped in a brown paper that looked like a newspaper quality and was ripped everywhere. I say go else where to purchase an item as the seller did not return any of my emails regarding this item. Very frustrating.
