  The ring was lost ,and resent so it took a while to arrive . It was a gift for boyfriend and he was pleased with it. It was as described and packaged well plus a really great deal. No shipping was charged which is why I have several orders with this seller. Communication was good and I was informed of the delay. No problems. It may take a little bit to receive your order but it's worth it !

  The two turquoise and silver rings were quite nice. Just as advertised and stamped.925. I would buy from them again. The only issue I had was the time it took to get a tracking number that worked and i ordered it dec 8 n they got to me on Jan 6. Communication could have been better but overall good experience and good quality and I thank them for their support.

  Poor communication. When asked where the tracking number was, I was told “be reassured, your order has been shipped.” I was only asking since this was a birthday gift, bought 4 weeks prior and it still arrived a month later. Yesterday when I finally received the product, it was definitely not like the picture. I can’t even explain what the side images are? You get what you pay for. Shipping took a very long time, poor communication from the seller and the appearance was not as pictured.
