  Great seller. I messed up my shipping address and seller worked around to accommodate me, even though it was due my error. Item arrived on time, packaging was in excellent condition. Phone is new. I did not have a chance to test yet or start using. I have TMobile so hopefully it would be easy enough to transfer contacts and photos over from my old phone + move SIM. I will post update once I start using phone.

  The phone I ordered was exactly as described and arrived inside of, not at the end of, the delivery window, so they got it in the mail immediately. And, I didn't have to use it, but what I ordered came with some paperwork outlining exactly how to contact them and gave instructions in case a return was necessary, very professional.
