  Item was new as described but the overall transaction took 15 days for the item to arrive. The seller was contacted after 9 days of radio silence with no response and it finally took the opening of an 'item not received' case for a tracking number to be provided and the item to be shipped. When the item did arrive, it was clearly drop shipped from another company in a different part of the county. Bottom line: the price was great & the item did eventually arrive after testing my patience.

  The part was supposed to ship within 4 days. 7 days after I ordered I still had received no shipping information or update, so I contacted the seller. They apologized and had the label generated and the part in the mail within a few hours and it arrived within 3 days. The part itself is good quality and as advertised. I would still recommend this seller, just not if you need the part urgently.

  After 4 day handling time as stated in description, item was shipped and arrived very quickly. I was kept well informed of shipping status the whole time. Item appears to be great quality and the cooler lines match the bends of the old lines perfectly! Overall this was a pleasant experience. i'm not sure why this seller received so much negative feedback based on shipping time. If people would read the ad, it clearly states 4 day handling time! I would definitely do business with again!!

  I spent $170 on preben fue. lines and they come in a box that's too short for the lines so they bend them in half and put them in the box. I do not like to re-bend something after it's bent it weakens the metal. Contacted them about it and they said it'll be fine they've never had one come back doesn't make it right if I wanted to bend lines I would have done it myself for the whole fuel line and paid half the price.
