I would not buy from this seller again if item was available on Amazon, Zappos or other online sites where "new" includes full product including packaging. Shipping was fast.

    Wool blend Polo Beanie was torn in the back, I told seller I would keep it if they refunded me $10 instead of sending it back. Instead of making it right, Seller responded by saying they have video and pics before the item was sent. Before the sell, the only pic posted was the front of the beanie, so that tells me they were hiding it in the 1st place. I would NOT recommend this seller!
