    Ordered by mistake, I had placed an order for the same board with another provider and asked for cancelation because I thought it wouldn't work on my refrigerator, they refused the cancel order because they said it would work, so I tried to cancel this order and it was already shipped even though I contacted them the same day I purchased it. Talked to Amanda, she was very nice and professional, said that customer satisfaction is their first priority, they certainly satisfied me.

    Something is fishy about this seller. The package was delivered a week late after we already purchased from someone else because there was no tracking and we could not wait any longer. When we asked the seller about tracking, they did not give us a tracking number and told us our package was delivered to a house on the West Coast and we live on the East Coast. This seller appears to be a drop shipper who does not have proper tracking information. BE CAUTIOUS!
