  The seller was great, sent out and received in time scale. The product was new and well packaged. I will say that the toner for me personally is not the best, as I have used better. It doesn't have the strength to take out yellow tones as described. It works okay on the really lightened areas, but didn't have any affect on the other parts. Being an ex hairdresser, I personally wouldn't buy this toner again, but this is my personal opinion and urge people to make up their own minds.
