    Book arrived from USA in just under two weeks, which is quite good, but with packaging only just adequate. Still a good hardback copy with a very good dust jacket, but the boards showing some slight signs of having been bumped. So not quite as new condition, as it was described. Fairly reasonable price for this first edition, so overall this was a positive experience.
