  This seems to be handmade in Ukraine. My granddaughter LOVES it and was excited to receive it. It doesn’t come very fast but worth the wait. I never contacted the seller as tracking was readily available. I believe I ordered the first week of November and received the just after Thanksgiving.

  When I originally ordered this item, it was (originally) scheduled to arrive on January 12th, since it's coming from Ukraine. Which I told my daughter it won't get here by Chirstmas So when I got notified that it actually arrived on the 30th. I was very surprised. My daughter was excited when Pibby arrived it really made her 2024. Spending the extra money for the shipping was worth the smile on my daughter's face. Will consider buying from them again!
