  The hat is lovely and a work of art. It arrived 5 days after ordering and was very well boxed. The attention to detail, intricately handwoven with extremely fine toquilla straw, and unique artisanship make this a “must have” accessory for any hat aficionado. The artisan was very helpful and communicated with me several times to help me choose the right color band, as there are many different colors and patterns of bands to choose from if you ask.   The Panama hat shipped very quickly. Packaging was very nice and sturdy ensuring it arrived in great condition. The hat bag added much value for storage. The weave is very nice and light and looks exactly like the pictures. I easily steamed off the black hat ribbon to swap for my old blue ribbon. Instructions on shaping the brim and using one of the hat spacers for a custom fit were very detailed and much appreciated! Lastly, the tiny thank you gift is now in use (It is so cute).
