As I was tracking it it came to within 40 miles and then just stayed there for over 2 weeks. Now I know why. They shipped it in an unsealed bottle with the lid taped on. Like that was going to work. It leaked all over the place causing USPS to keep it in hazmat area for inspection for 2 weeks. Then it came to me. Hydrogen peroxide when left unsealed turns to H2O or water. I contacted them. This guy is absolutely mental as he sounds. He wanted refund because the bottle came "broken in half and half a gallon is missing." When I asked for a picture proof, he sent one with a full bottle. I said, sir this is a full bottle like the pic in the auction, what did you expect. He then said there's animal hair on the sealing tape. Huh? When I said only refund if the item is returned, he got mad for some reason. This is not a serious person.
