    I don't usually leave negative feedback but my experience was bad enough where I felt the need to. Seller packaged my 3 items poorly so they all arrived damaged. I sent the buyer a message stating what happened and I received no answer. I had to open a return case and they was quick to accept it. The return delivered back to them and 6 days went by with no refund. I sent another message and once again, no answer. Had to open a case with Ebay to finally get my refund. Awful communication

    I normally do not respond to reviews. But honestly, we received these items back and they were in perfect condition, just as we sent them. I have been selling on multiple channels since 2005 and sometimes mistakes happen, as a seller, I always own the mistake, refund the sale, and move on. This is an unfair review. Hopefully our record of good sales speaks for itself.

    The item arrived in good condition despite being shipped in a thin, plastic mailing bag. However, shipping expenses were free, so that part was very nice. It all worked out well. The appearance of the book is very good for being published in 1991. The quality is very good as well; it is as described on the website. The dust jacket is in very good condition overall, and the binding is tight. I think the value is good for the money paid. I’m happy with my purchase. Thanks much for free shipping!
