  The product fitted with no problems and works well. My only issue is that its advertised as free delivery but I ended up paying import duty, see e-mail responds... " We remind you of the Brexit consequences for the English customers on commercial imports from EU: The import and brokerage charges duties are charged to UK buyers when importing goods over threshold of 135 GBP - the duties amount approx. 25% of the total purchase value." So not as cheap as I thought!

  The docking kit was fine but the luggage rack arrived with differing gaps on each side, meaning the rack would not fit over the bobbins. Despite sending photos and a description of the issue I have not received a response. Be aware that this appears to be a common issue. I have spoken to 3 others who have purchased the rack and have had the same issue. I'm very disappointed with the lack of response or even advice how I can rectify this issue from either Ebay or Motea.
