  Purchased a set of valve covers & gasket set that came with grommets, but NO grommets were in the box. Made me explain every step of opening the box like a 2 year old, but still NO grommets. He then called me a liar! Told him about the dents & poor chrome job on the covers. He said too bad & return it if I didn't like it. Ya, pay for shipping TWICE just to receive NOTHING! If you have a problem w/ your order, don't expect ANY help! Hard to take good photos of chrome, but I'll post them anyway.

  When confronted with video evidence he was shipped all his items he claimed Fedex opened the box and took them out during shipping and resealed the box ???.Ask him to check the box and make sure he did not miss them . We have free shipping on every part so he did not pay any shipping ether he just likes to complain .The very nice valve covers in his picks are what we exactly sell
