He doesn't know the meaning of the word REBUILD: we expected a product equal to a new one, or at least a report with the possible problems. We tried to contact him after we received and checked the product, but no answers. And he assured me with the words "We are a complete machine shop specializing in Harley Davison style engines are I am a federally license aircraft machinist".
