  Fantastic customer service filter cleaning kit had leaked absolutely no fault off mx direct.jack replyed to my message instantly i wasn't bothered about a replacement as I didn't lose to much cleaning fluid which I said to Jack . jack offered me a new air filter for my bike this action alone is rare these days top company and a really genuine man will definitely use mx direct again for all my bikes needs
