  I don’t know where to start with this feedback. I am so impressed with the buying experience from start to finish. I ordered this jacket in xl & almost immediately got a message asking me to send my measurements as they told me they’d make it at no extra charge! My communication was answered fully by them straight away. My perfect leather jacket has just arrived. I tracked it from start to finish. It fits like a dream too of course. I recommend this company 100% and would buy from them again

  I returned the original order which they received on 24/04/25, they failed to send me the replacement. after a few weeks they requested all the order information, then told me they have sent the jacket by 2nd class mail, after a week it had still not arrived. They blamed the post office for loosing it, and now say they don't have the jacket in the size I required. I will never use this trader again. Everyone stay well clear of them!!!!!!!
