Shipping was extremely fast, item arrived as described, and the packaging was first rate insuring no damage would occur during shipping from KY to the North Carolina coast. I just have to add that all this was done during historic flooding in KY followed by a severe winter storm. With all the devastation they still managed to ship my item as agreed. If it would have taken another month that would have been totally understandable. Their dedication is unmatched!
