Seller responded immediately to message advising issue, and replaced glass without any hassle, which itself arrived on time as specified. Glasses were appropriately packed, and I am happy to believe the breakage was due to post office. A positive experience.

    The glasses were exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, only one of the two arrived intact. I don't blame the seller; they were very thorough in packaging. Upon arrival, the box looked like it had been run over with a truck on one side. Very disappointing, but I blame the delivery service(s) in their poor customer service.
