    Item received OK, but double VAT charged (an extra 115 NOK). Norwegian customs claims digital VOEC registration missing. This is a requirements as of 1.1.2024. Contacted seller for a refund. They were offended and did not respond further to my request. Did not bother to raise a dispute with Ebay (small amount), but think that basic rules needs to be followed. Possible a showstopper for further purchases...

    I have done the entire eBay and Italian State procedure. I am sorry for what happened but here we are talking between State and State. In the messages received and answered ALWAYS the offenses are not explicit, but surely the translation steps sometimes generate friction.
