    Item came in as described and working, however the packaging was terrible it was just loosely thrown In a box with a tiny a piece of bubble wrap big enough to wrap around once. The item still works so no harm no foul. The shipping speed and delivery was quick, and I think the price was fair enough but maybe a bit high. Overall I had a good experience with communication and item quality but packaging problem needs work.

The price was right even as beaten up as the pictures showed the Chromebook to be but it arrived in much, much better shape than described looking better than the photos.
