  Item was delivered as described. But was shipped in a simple plastic envelope/bag (with no other protection) that had been torn open during shipping. Minor damage to sweater as a result. For an item of this quality and price, seller should take more care in the packaging and shipping of their merchandise. I can't find a way to communicate directly with seller to address this problem. eBay just says "seller does not allow returns" but should provide more direct lines of communication.

  The shipping time was great, took about a week! The packaging was less than desirable but it did the job, (wouldn't recommend getting any cloth or wool items). The jacket I got was in wonderful condition and looks and feels great! Amazing seller communication, I would buy from this seller again!

  Seller found issues with item before shipping and contacted me about still shipping the item or refunding my money. This was awesome because they could’ve sent the item as-is and not worried about the extra damage as this was being sold as a used item. Instead the damage seemed too great to accept the item as it was and they refunded my money. Really great communication and I would purchase from this seller again.
