    The pin spots are not 24 watts as listed. They are only a 3 watts led. Also, The lights do not have a round circle beam. It is a "foggy" square. I worked out a deal for a partial refund. The seller said I had to close return before a refund could be given. I did not realize once a return is closed it cannot be reopened. The seller the refunded me a smaller amount than was agreed upon. Communication has been very poor with this seller.
