    Zippo quality product sold by a company that would benefit from a communication upgrade. My previous order was lost and I received no communication untill I reached out a week past delivery date, was asked to wait another week. Finally I requested a refund and reordered. It arrived pooly packaged with stained zippo box from magazine ink rubbing off on them. Use plain paper or nothing. What is reason for one sheet of paper around each box...does nothing, unprofessional and cheap!
